In the calm atmosphere of the restaurant, I was excited to hear the sizzling sound of the teppan right in front of me. The sujikon, with its tender beef tendon and crunchy konjac, blends beautifully with the richness of the miso, creating a very deep flavor. The plump grilled squid tentacles have a fragrant soy sauce aroma that stimulates the appetite, making it hard to put down my chopsticks. The tonpeiyaki, with its fluffy eggs and sweet-savory sauce, is a perfect match, bringing happiness to my mouth. The pork and egg dish, crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, also has a wonderful harmony of sauce and mayonnaise. It's a comfortable place to drop by anytime, day or night, with all seats non-smoking, making me want to recommend it to friends who love teppan cuisine.
