Sukiyaki/Shabu-Shabu Nishiyama

Sukiyaki, using carefully selected A5-rank beef from Kyushu, is the restaurant's specialty. However, shabu-shabu is also very popular, and you can also enjoy Kyushu's black wagyu beef in a variety of ways, such as grilled with butter or grilled on a teppan grill. The restaurant offers new tastes while respecting traditional flavors.

Although the name of the restaurant has changed, its predecessor "Nakasu Chinya" has a long history of 71 years as a famous sukiyaki and shabu-shabu restaurant in Hakata. The restaurant has inherited this tradition and opened at the same location under a new brand. It is known for its cuisine using Japanese black beef from Kyushu and carries on the traditional taste.
