This is a restaurant where you can enjoy both warm soba and cold morisoba. The regular dipping sauce has a pleasant aroma and pairs perfectly with the smooth soba. The 100% buckwheat soba has a firm texture, and the flavor of the soba expands with each bite. The small shrimp tempura is crispy and fragrant, and adding a little salt enhances its deliciousness. Eating it fresh out of the fryer with the soba provides the perfect balance of lightness and flavor. After the meal, I slowly savored the fragrant soba tea, which made me feel relaxed.
