Kyodo [Saiyunbata I went to Saiyunbata, a popular Chinese restaurant with a 3.74 rating on the food log. It looks like a Chinese restaurant in town. It is a small and cozy restaurant with few seats. However, I had heard from an acquaintance that it was a must-try! I was surprised by the spiciness of the pepper. It was indeed a little spicy, but not to the point of numbing, and it was enough to go without rice. I couldn't stop myself from eating it all at once, one after the other, while I was oozing with perspiration. The fried noodle with five-meat starchy sauce was smooth and silky, perhaps because the noodles were made from kata yakisoba. It loosened up moderately and tasted perfect. The chopsticks also did not stop. Fried rice with egg white is a taste I have never had before. It is lightly seasoned, but the flavor of the egg can be felt and is truly exquisite. The flavors are lighter than they appear, but that is what makes the ingredients so good and the textures so enjoyable. As one would expect from a famous restaurant! I was able to fill my stomach with a roar of delight. Thank you for the food!
