Long-established chocolate store, also available at Hakata Station! | Happy eating delicious food! I have time until the last train, so let's look at some souvenirs! Hakata station is huge and there are many places to see! What's that? I found a chocolate store! Chocolate Shop I have visited the main store several times and remember it was delicious! Located on the 1st floor of JR Hakata City Amu Plaza The most popular item here is the Hakata cobblestone pavement. Square chocolate cake Looking at the showcase, there are more colorful square cakes! Mango flavor. Strawberry flavor. Cute, colorful pops! But I took home a simple Hakata no Ishidatami (Hakata stone pavement) 400 yen! Front side Square! Covered with film around it, cute! I don't think they had anything like this 5 years ago. Cross section Chocolate sponge, chocolate cream, and whipped cream covered with a thin layer of chocolate. The size is rather large, but you can eat it without any trouble at all! It's not too sweet, not too strong, and this kind of cake is excellent! As one would expect from a store that has been in business for 70 years, the way the chocolate is utilized is amazing! When you buy it, it's half-iced, which is great for the coming season! They also sell cookies and chocolates! For those who are having trouble finding a good souvenir from Hakata, this is a good place to go. Take them home with you!
