The interior, which has been carefully restored from an old folk house, is beautiful and allows for a calm and relaxing experience. The warm personality of the chef is reflected in the service, making it a comfortable place to be. The corn potage and tomato mousse have a strong flavor of the ingredients and are very delicious. The steamed flounder in white wine and the grilled Hida beef fillet have a wonderful aroma, and the herb butter pairs perfectly. All the homemade bread is fragrant, and the brioche, in particular, has an unforgettable taste. Even the desserts, tea, and coffee after the meal are served with care, reflecting a consistent aesthetic throughout the entire course.
