Hanagasumi

The menu is designed to reflect the changing seasons, using carefully selected ingredients and expressing delicate flavors. The "Seasonal Kaiseki" is a course that evokes the four seasons of Japan, with the chef creating a menu based on his/her recommendation of the day. The composition is varied, and specifically, you can enjoy sumptuous dishes using selected seasonal ingredients, such as dried sea bream, grilled bluefin tuna, and lobster with sansho (Japanese pepper).

There are seven private rooms, each with seating for 2 to 48 people, and they can be used for entertainment, gatherings with family and friends, ceremonies, or memorial services, depending on the purpose. We also recommend the large grassy courtyard beer terrace, which is open only during the summer season. On sunny days, you can enjoy your meal with nature.

Kaiseki ryotei restaurant in the Meiji Kinenkan, which opened in 1947. The restaurant continues to maintain the appearance befitting Japan's first guesthouse, where tradition and the present are in harmony, even in 2040.
