The fragrant smell of charcoal wafted through, and the eel was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The mildly sweet tamari soy sauce clung well, leaving a refreshing aftertaste. The hitsumabushi was enjoyable with the change in flavors from the condiments, and the green onions, wasabi, and sudachi paired well. The interior was bright and clean, making it comfortable. The staff were polite, and I had a pleasant time. It seemed to be popular and bustling, which was exciting.
