The response when I inquired by phone was very polite, and I felt at ease visiting. For lunch, I could choose a kaiseki meal, and I was able to thoroughly enjoy everything from the appetizers to the soup. The appetizers were served on small plates, allowing me to savor seasonal ingredients little by little, which was exciting. The sashimi of sea bream and tuna, the fried eggplant and myoga in broth, and the dish of winter melon and shrimp all had distinct aromas. The rice cooked in a clay pot and the miso soup were also prepared with care, and I was happy that they served it in a clay pot even for one person. It was a pleasant time where I could slowly enjoy the beautiful tableware and garden, even indulging in the desserts.

The initial small plates are diverse, allowing you to savor a variety of ingredients in small amounts, which is delightful. The sashimi, featuring sea bream and tuna, is impressive, and the warm dish that makes use of the broth is comforting. The kaiseki includes the first dish and a clear soup, with the option to add meat dishes. The charm of the tableware and the gentle service are pleasant, and I was satisfied with the rice cooked in a clay pot and the miso soup.
