They serve freshly fried dishes one by one at the counter, and the aroma is exciting. Snacking on grated daikon in between refreshes the palate, making the next bite even more enjoyable. Dishes like shrimp, oysters, shiitake mushrooms, and lotus root follow, and the anago (conger eel) is particularly unforgettable in its deliciousness. The pickles are also great, and I couldn't stop eating the cucumbers, nagaimo (Japanese yam), and takuan (pickled daikon). The finishing touch of the kakiage (tempura fritters) bowl and the tempura rice with broth and wasabi provide a satisfying experience. The atmosphere is calm, the staff is pleasant, and I even enjoyed white wine and ice cream tempura.
