I found a shop along the road, and the sign for handmade soba caught my eye. The soba has a fragrant aroma that intensifies with each bite, and it pairs well with the flavorful dipping sauce. The tempura soba topped with seasonal vegetables and a bowl with tororo and quail eggs also provided a satisfying experience. The use of local ingredients is evident, and even the appetizers and small dishes are carefully prepared. The warm soba with plenty of ingredients and the sesame-flavored dressing on the mizuna salad also had a wonderful aroma. In the calm interior with wooden partitions, I was able to slowly savor even the soba broth.
