Each dish is a carefully and boldly crafted gem. The shrimp in the shrimp mayo are plump. The sauce is noteworthy, with a hint of citrus, somewhere between mayonnaise and tartar sauce, and as clear as can be. The same goes for the sweet-and-sour pork, which is tasty yet nouveau. The flower jellyfish and sweet-and-sour vegetable platter is superbly chewy, and the slight hint of sweet-and-sour vinegar is very appetizing. The ma-bo doufu and golden fried rice are as described above by familiar customers. The fried rice is just stir-fried rice with no seasoning.
