It's a shop located deep inside a building, but if you enter by following the sign on the street, you'll find a calm and modern space. The counter with a teppan has a few seats, and the sofa-type chairs are comfortable and relaxing. There are also table seats and tatami rooms, providing a spacious layout for a leisurely time. The thin batter is grilled to a crisp, and the sweetness of the cabbage pairs well with the aroma of the Mitsuwa sauce. The soba is finished as if it has been chilled with water before grilling, resulting in a crispy exterior and a chewy interior that offers a delightful texture. The seasoning is somewhat strong, making it an okonomiyaki that you want to enjoy with a drink.
