This calm shop located in a residential area makes you feel at ease as soon as you enter. The old-fashioned interior is kept clean and has a nice atmosphere with vintage furnishings. The soba noodles are on the softer side and easy to slurp, pairing well with the flavorful dipping broth. The style of dipping tempura into the broth is interesting, and it can also be enjoyed with warm dipping sauce. When combined with condiments like grated ginger, green onions, and tempura scraps, the sweetness of the oil spreads, providing a sense of satisfaction. The service is pleasant, and there is plenty of soba broth, allowing you to relax and enjoy the atmosphere of the Showa era.
