Miso nabe specialty restaurant [Mifuku] that is open only half a year from the end of October to the beginning of April 🍲🥢🥢. The nabe is characterized by a special miso paste and a lot of ginger in a clay pot style! Two main dishes: Noto oysters and Noto beef🐃🦪✨. The nabe-booster lady takes care of everything, so it's easy to just eat 😋❤️ Finish with udon or rice cake. This unique flavor is so delicious and addictive that I look forward to it every year! Meeting the mother (proprietress) is one of the things I look forward to. I'm glad she's doing well again this year. ❤️ We use a different broth for oysters and for meat, so you can't taste two in one pot: 🙅‍♀️ Reservations are accepted from 4 people. 6 people or more can reserve 2 pots, but I hear they are all full this season 🥺. It is indeed a hard place to make reservations.

Oyster nabe, Noto beef nabe A restaurant that is only open in winter and you can't get a reservation! The owner takes care of all the timing of the pots and pans. It was shocking to eat beef with homemade vinegar. Not too sour, but refreshing ✨. More udon noodles! I had another bowl of rice with oysters! The soy sauce and oyster flavor is so rich, it's delicious on its own, but I could have eaten it with ochazuke (rice with green tea). Since it was New Year's, I got some mandarin oranges and some Japanese sweets from a long-established shop nearby as gifts!

Open only from October to March 🥘Mifuku🥘 is closed this time of year. Michelin ⭐️⭐️ restaurant famous for oyster hot pot and beef hot pot ♡I want to go there once a year.

This oyster hot pot is exquisite! They serve it with oysters from Noto, and it is truly delicious. It is such a popular place that you can hardly make a reservation, but I highly recommend it.
