The food is Edo-mae and is mainly purchased from Hokuriku and Hokkaido. Since they also have a restaurant in Niseko, they purchase from Otaru, and they have very good anglerfish, kinki, buff sea urchin, etc., so they have the strongest lineup of sushi, which is followed by nibbles and nigiri. The rice was crispy and hard, making it a pleasure to chew, and I loved the sushi with its delicious rice. All the snacks were good, especially the steamed bluefin squid, red liver, leatherfish, and kinki. The nigiri, amaebi, Spanish mackerel, and horse mackerel were also delicious, but the nodoguro hand roll was the best. The nodoguro hand rolls are the best. I went to #Sushi Mitsukawa the other day. 1 Michelin star ⭐️ that I had been eyeing since it was opening in Roppongi Hills from Kanazawa in late November. I went to Mitsukawa 🙂 after all, The first one, the Kabako Crab Chirashi, caught my attention 😶. I can't get over how luxurious it is 🤔. I'm not sure if it's the time of year, but the crab 🦀 rate these days is terrible, Taste 6 hmmm 🤔 Service 7 Atmosphere 7 Costa 9 pretty good Direction 7 normal.
