A theatrical sushi restaurant famous for its marketing concept of selling the experience here rather than the sushi, the background music is Beethoven throughout. Although one tends to focus on the performance of the owner, the snacks and sushi, which are made with ingredients and combinations of ingredients only available here, were very tasty and impressive, with an emphasis on items from Kitakyushu and its suburbs. The rice is moderately hard and with strong vinegar, and is a perfect match for the large, fatty fish. The snacks using plenty of red sea urchin from Kitakyushu, which was the last of the season, were also delicious, and the extremely fatty Kue, called "Super Kue", was very tasty. However, the portions are large and the nigiri sushi is large in size, so you will be stuffing your mouth full of sushi. The owner says that he is thankful to those who have come this far by providing them with a full stomach, and as one would expect from him, he is not afraid to be blunt. Teru Sushi Last (´;omega;`) The last was Gen-chan horse mackerel, fine fish, kohada, tuna and the first to be served, unotan toro caviar, which was served first. ((((; ))))))) Mr. Okutani, who trained at Sushi Aoki, a famous restaurant in Ginza, came back to Japan to make sushi instead of the owner at the end of the meal. His nigiri skills were amazing((((;))))))) The rice was exquisitely shaped like cotton candy that softly melted in your mouth like cotton candy. ❗️ It was impressive that the owner was looking on with a sense of security in the back of the room. ☺︎ I have a feeling he's going to be a great craftsman. From the beginning to the end, everything is a specialty, and it's always a sight to behold! (I am very impressed with the quality of the food and the service. Tobata's world-class entertainment ❗️ That is Teru Sushi. I'm glad my first sushi in 2021 was here. I will probably never forget this superb moment in my life❗️ I heard a rumor that you are going to New York, but I want to go back to experience it when you come back. ☺︎ I really had a great time❗️ Thanks for the treat....

[It was such a good sushi lunch time! I think it's great that everything is composed of Kyushu and Yamaguchi ingredients. The sake lineup was on point. How lucky we are to have Ura-nabe and Sawaya-Matsumoto's Aizan 2014. And as a Kumamoto native, it was nice to be able to drink Kikuka wine! I enjoyed it 😀.

Teru Sushi I think it was stupid of me to come back to Tokyo only to eat sushi, but I think it was worth it! I'm sure I was a fool to come to Tokyo and just eat sushi, but it was worth it!

Teru Sushi's dynamic snacks! Ingredients are generous! I was full at the snack stage! No other owner would let me take a picture of each and every one of us like this! It was fun! The first picture is of the snacks with the lobster replacing the rice. The lobster was still alive 🦐 and crispy! I'm not sure what to make of that 😋😋😋.
