Located on the third floor of a building, Izakaya Mogu is easily recognizable by its advertising footprint. Operated by two men and two women, it has the atmosphere of an izakaya. Pricing is reasonable and there is an extensive curry menu. In particular, the menchikatsu curry with a large, hot, freshly mixed menchi-stuffed pork cutlet is a generous portion of sweet curry. You can also enjoy changing the flavor with Worcestershire sauce and fukujinzuke pickles, giving it the ho-hum feel of a home-style curry. At 800 yen for a full meal, this is a restaurant you will want to repeat.
