This is a Spanish restaurant, and I am happy that lunch comes with a mini salad and three tapas. You can choose from three types of paella: seafood, squid ink, and Valencia style. The paella I had was cooked just right, with a gentle flavor that had a strong umami. Squeezing lemon on it made it refreshing, and I enjoyed it until the last bite. All the tapas were delicious, and the texture of the potato salad with octopus was particularly good. The Basque-style cheesecake for dessert was creamy and smooth, and the a la carte lamb had no gamey taste and was full of flavor, which made me very satisfied.
