The interior, based on white, has a pleasant bright atmosphere reminiscent of southern France. The staff's warm welcome makes you feel at ease from the moment you sit down. The first dish, a fluffy tomato mousse, is visually appealing and aromatic, with the scent of herbs gently spreading. The cold soup made with flavorful mussel broth and a dish featuring the enjoyable texture of octopus were also impressive. The dishes made with seafood delivered that day have a gentle taste, and even the bread and desserts are carefully prepared and delicious. I felt that the very clear water from Yugawara contributes to the overall transparency of the dishes.
