The interior is bright with light coming in through large windows, creating a very relaxing atmosphere. The parfait topped with a mountain of strawberries has a perfect balance of sweetness and the creaminess of milk gelato. The hidden rare cheese and granola in the parfait change the texture, making it enjoyable until the last bite. The strawberry pancakes have a light, bouncy batter that impressively melts in your mouth. The matcha tiramisu pancakes, when eaten layered with ice cream and cream, achieve a nice balance of bitterness and sweetness.
