The flavor of the spices is rich, and you can enjoy two types of curry on one plate. The curry with plenty of beets blends into the sauce while also providing a pleasant chunky texture. The coarsely ground keema has a gentle aftertaste of red wine, adding depth that pairs perfectly with rice. There is also Sri Lankan-style curry with tomatoes and coconut, as well as Hyderabad chicken with a good spice flavor, leaving a lasting impression of okra and cardamom. The side dishes use local vegetables in larger pieces, and even with simple seasoning, the quality of the ingredients is clearly conveyed. The coffee is brewed properly and has a fragrant aroma, ensuring satisfaction even after the meal.
