All the yakitori was fragrant, and I particularly enjoyed the chewy gizzards and the moist chicken breast. The liver was fresh, and the tsukune with shiso had a wonderful aroma that made me want to eat more. The miso cheese spring rolls and the fried cartilage were freshly made and perfect for snacking. The agedashi tofu was served in a style where you dip it in sauce, and each bite was surprising and very delicious. For the finale, the chicken soup and ramen had a gentle flavor that was comforting. The restaurant allows dogs, and having a mat makes it easy to relax at the table.
