If you want to enjoy the four seasons with all your senses, this is the place for you @Yoyogi Uehara This restaurant is famous for its instantaneous reservations. I never had a chance to visit the restaurant, but one day I was browsing the website and saw that there was only one day available, so I clicked on ❗️ without hesitation. I was surprised to see how popular it is among my fellow gourmets with discerning palates. Delicious. My favorite is the olive oil gummies. They are so refreshing and addictive 😙. I want to get some as souvenirs lol. The rare non-alcoholic pairings are fun and worth ordering even if you are an alcoholic drinker 😄.

This restaurant is owned by Mr. Hashimoto, formerly of Elbuzi. Mr. Yabunaka of SECRETO is his junior. The menu changes seasonally and reservations can be taken every 3 months or so, so the menu changes when you go there. The price is satisfactory. However, I feel that some parts of the menu are being cut out. (I didn't notice when the music stopped, etc...) However, it is booked and good for a performance in this price range.

If you want to hear the footsteps of spring, this is the place to go @Yoyogi Uehara It's been six months since I've been to Celara Baad. Each dish is always a surprise with its own unique details. This day was the spring menu. From seasonal ingredients such as Spanish mackerel, shellfish, and strawberries, the dish that impressed me the most was the Horohoro chicken. The skin is super thin, crispy and delicate. And yet the meat is juicy and odorless. Not only did it look amazing, but it tasted amazing as well. In a quiet residential area, this is the only place that is lively with cheers. It's really a mysterious space 😊. Maybe next time will be in summer.

If you want to enjoy the world of Kenji Miyazawa with cuisine, this is the place for you @Yoyogihachiman Innovative restaurant tucked away in a residential area. The restaurant offers creative and inventive courses each time with a theme that matches the four seasons. ☺️ The theme for summer is "Therabaad's Journey". The food and music are so nature-inspired that you can almost picture the scene. The seasonal pairings are also exquisite✨. I would like to visit according to the season. Maybe next time in the fall 😊.
