Using homemade soba flour, a dedicated soba-making craftsman will provide careful instruction. ※This menu can be enjoyed without a reservation, but if you would like to make a reservation, please contact us by phone. The soba served on a small plate made of Izushi ware can be enjoyed with your favorite condiments placed in a soba choko. Our restaurant uses carefully selected buckwheat and serves it freshly milled, freshly made, and freshly boiled. Those who eat more than twenty plates will receive a 'Soba Enthusiast Certificate' (for women and children, it is fifteen plates).
