This was my first visit to Yoshimura. I was glad that I could enter without waiting since I had made a reservation. I went with my elderly parents who have knee problems, and there were four of us. We were seated in a tatami room on the second floor, but they provided us with chair cushions, so we could eat comfortably. The soba and dipping sauce were to our liking and very delicious. The soba had a good texture, and the dipping sauce was light and not too thick, with a nice bonito flavor. In the end, when I added yam and a raw egg, it was very tasty and I was very satisfied. The staff who served us were kind and attentive, which made us feel good. I would like to visit again.

We were 4 adults. It was lunch time and there was a line. The soba was chewy and I did not dislike its texture. The taste (soba and sauce) was normal. Was the flavor of the buckwheat noodle there? We had to wait for more than 30 minutes for our additional order of 40 plates to arrive. The first order comes with 5 plates per person, but I think that is not enough. Since we had to wait for the additional dishes, we regretted that we should have ordered the additional dishes at once at the first time.
