The store is bright and clean, allowing for a calm and relaxing experience. They first serve a fragrant tea, which is comforting. Izumo soba is served in a wariko style, and it's fun to eat it with cold dipping sauce and condiments. The dipping sauce is on the thicker side, so you can adjust the amount while enjoying the chewy noodles. The kamaage soba also has a wonderful aroma, and it offers a different kind of satisfaction compared to cold soba. The staff kindly taught me how to eat it, and in the end, I thoroughly enjoyed the soba broth as well.

The kamaage has a gentle mouthfeel, and you can also enjoy the soba-yu at the end. The seasoned rice and seaweed rice balls have a simple taste, and the staff are kind.
