It is a calming shop located deep in a residential area, making it a bit hard to find. Once you enter, the high ceiling and bright space, enhanced by the preserved storehouse, are very pleasant. There are wooden tables and seats with a sunken hearth, allowing for a relaxed atmosphere with a Japanese feel. The soba is made from local buckwheat flour in a 80:20 ratio, offering a subtle aroma and a smooth texture that goes down well. The seasoning of the dipping sauce is just right, and the tempura is freshly fried, with a light and crispy texture. The smooth texture of the barley noodles is also enjoyable, providing a different kind of deliciousness compared to soba.
