It is located a short walk from Kintetsu Shin-Omiya Station, and you will arrive at the shop by following a narrow passage marked by a sign. Upon opening the door, you will take off your shoes and enter, and since all seats are designed like private rooms, you can relax comfortably. The menu can be selected using a touch panel on the table, allowing you to calmly decide on your soba. The ni-hachi soba made from Aizu-produced 'Kaori' buckwheat flour, ground with a stone mill, has a slightly dark color and a rich aroma. The thin noodles have a nice chewiness and are pleasant to slurp. After the meal, enjoying the creamy soba broth combined with the dipping sauce further enhances the flavor of the soba, leaving you feeling happy.
