The shop is located on the second floor of a mixed-use building, and it feels like a little hidden gem, which is exciting. The interior is calm, resembling a small diner, with island music playing, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The Okinawan-style mixed noodles are delicious, with unique noodles coated in egg yolk and minced meat. You can also enjoy a variety of light Okinawan soba and side dishes centered around fish and vegetables. There is a rich selection of fish dishes, including a sashimi platter, fresh Kawa-hagi, and grilled shrimp. The miso soup, rich in dashi, is also delicious, and I felt happy spending a leisurely time there.
