Tsukemen-ya in Shinjuku 2-chome! Around 8 pm, the place was crowded! Thick Chicken Salt Deluxe The soup was so thick that it melted in my mouth! The soup was too thick and mellow! It was almost like clam chowder. If you choose the deluxe version, you get fried chicken, ajitama (seasoned eggs), fried bamboo shoots, and many other things! The volume is quite large and the cost is very reasonable.

At first glance, it may seem hard to eat, but the chicken is well-cooked and soft enough to be easily loosened with chopsticks.
