The soba noodles are very elegant, and the aroma rises beautifully. The white, smooth noodles have a pleasant texture, and when paired with grated wasabi, the flavor is greatly enhanced. Zaru soba can be enjoyed simply yet pleasantly. The tamagoyaki is fluffy and has a gentle sweetness. The rice bowls are also delicious, and the katsu has a strong umami flavor from the meat. I feel that this restaurant conveys the charm of soba very well.
