Adult Yakitori, "Chicken Shigeru". The unadorned interior and ordinary atmosphere make it a comfortable and popular restaurant. I made a reservation on the day of my visit and was able to get a seat for the first time in a while. The dishes are all excellent, but with a light twist. The chicken sashimi is exquisite, lightly soaked in sauce. The fried chicken was crispy. The coleslaw has a good amount of pepper. The skewers are all undoubtedly delicious. The sasamimi is grilled and then grated with wasabi, which gives it a rich aroma and goes perfectly with the high-quality meat. The dango is salty, large, and the cartilage is a good job. The chikwawa wrapped in skin and the neck skewer with slices of garlic between the meat and served with miso are delightful and delicious. I like to finish with boiled somen. It goes perfectly with the chicken soup, which has a nice salty flavor. There is no price on the menu, but it is about ￥8,000 after eating and drinking. Recommended for a quiet date or a day when two adults want to talk slowly.
