If you are looking for a bar with a Kobe feel, try Rawhide's. It has been a while since I last visited, but the young staff is very smart and welcoming in the Kobe tradition. It has been a while since I last visited, but the young staff and the traditional Kobe style of smart customer service make for a pleasant atmosphere. The atmosphere is fun for regulars and first-timers alike. The selection of bourbon sodas is also a delight. Next time I would like to try the sudachi tonic.
