Despite being a hidden gem with no sign and by invitation only, opening the door reveals a stylish space accompanied by classical music that fills you with excitement. At the counter seats, you can closely observe the chef's skills, providing a lively atmosphere. The omakase course captivated me right from the appetizer, which featured smoked salmon paired with herb cream and figs. The specialty dish of clam flan topped with sea urchin combined the umami and sweetness of the broth, making it delicious enough to elicit a sigh. The main dish of venison wrapped in pancetta and a plate of tripe with cod milt and truffles are filled with surprise and enjoyment. Conversations with the friendly chef are also pleasant, making this restaurant a place that enhances special days with even more happiness.
