Owner chef Mr. Kenmotsu is a chef with a background in French cuisine. Currently, he carefully prepares each dish in collaboration with his staff, supporting the overall taste and atmosphere of the restaurant. The restaurant's name 'KENzo' is a coined term that combines 'Ken' from Mr. Kenmochi and 'riso,' which means rice in Italian, symbolizing the restaurant's philosophy and approach to cooking.
