This is a calm atmosphere shop where you can relax at the counter seats. The craftsmen carefully prepare the sushi, and even the standard toppings are generous and satisfying. A sweet sauce typical of this region is lightly brushed on, enhancing the flavor of the toppings. Miso soup is also served, making for a comforting combination. The horse sashimi we ordered, aside from sushi, is thick and its flavor expands with each bite. There is a TV playing, allowing for a leisurely experience where you can savor your meal.
