Hormone lovers will definitely like this one. A restaurant we discovered along the way when we went to Goutoku-san. Hakusyu, a restaurant where I was glued to the road while I was driving... I was driving, but I was glued to it.......! I'm a Hormone Nu! The place is located along the winding road at ・・・・・・ It says the nearest station is a 3 minute walk from Shimo-Shinjo station, but looking at the map, I don't think 3 minutes is going to cut it. At least I don't think I can get there in 3 minutes. The restaurant is small, with a counter and tables. It's a bit bleak, or maybe the seating arrangement is a bit odd? The menu is as follows. Red ramen Hormone Aka Ramen 700 yen Pure tofu red ramen 700 yen Mushroom Aka Ramen Aka 700 yen White ramen Hormone white ramen 700 yen Pure tofu white ramen 700 yen Mushroom white ramen 700 yen Set menu Rice ramen set: 800 yen (ramen noodles + rice) Large rice set: 850 yen (ramen noodles + large rice) Beef kalbi donburi set: 1,000 yen (ramen noodles + mini kalbi donburi + kimchi) Soboro-don set: 920 yen (various ramen noodles + mini soboro-don + kimchi) Various other menu items are also available. I was very hungry that day, so I decided to have a bowl of rice as well! I decided on the Hormone White Beef Kalbi Bowl set and my partner decided on the Hormone Red Soboro Bowl set! The ramen and rice bowl arrived a short while later! The ramen was grilled on a stone and the soup was simmering! You have to be careful when eating it! The soup is white in color, and is made from beef bones, which are made by slowly simmering Wagyu beef for a long time! The soup is very creamy and rich with the broth from the hormone! I really like this soup! It's as if you are eating a hot pot! The noodles are a little soft. But it's totally acceptable, so I don't mind. I'm glad that there are plenty of motsu in the dish! I wanted to have a bowl of rice topped with kalbi and soboro, but my partner chose soboro... The rice is topped with a small piece of meat, and the sauce goes great with the rice! My partner's Hormone Aka (red hormone) is like white with red meat! Soboro is a bit messy, but it's delicious and well seasoned! How can a ramen shop I found by chance be so addictive? I hear a second store will be opening soon? Where? If you don't mind, could you come to the neighboring Yodogawa Ward? We are waiting for you!
