Located in the southern district, there is only one daily lunch special during the day, which is served immediately after you sit down. The sashimi has a firm texture, and the temperature is just right, making you smile. The fried horse mackerel is well-coated with tartar sauce, and it pairs nicely with the rice. The rice itself is sweet and delicious even on its own. It's also nice to have a choice of hot or iced coffee after the meal, and the dishware is sturdy ceramic, which adds to the overall experience. The thoughtful provision of cold barley tea and wet towels is appreciated, and the service is polite, allowing for a pleasant time.
