With a transparent appearance, it has a sophisticated atmosphere. The homemade fruit liqueurs lined up on the shelves catch the eye and lift the spirits. At the counter, freshly fried tempura arrives at just the right moment, crispy and irresistible. The sashimi, tofu salad, and rolled omelet also have a careful flavor that makes one want to enjoy more sake. The thoughtful use of seasonal ingredients is evident, and the combination with sake is pleasantly enjoyable. In a calm and comfortable atmosphere, I was able to relax and fully enjoy my meal.
