In a clean space where you can feel the warmth of wood, the warmth of the fireplace is pleasant. You can see soba being made and the stone mill through the glass, which makes the wait exciting. The thin noodles have a firm texture, and when you slurp them, the aroma spreads delightfully. The dipping sauce has a sharp flavor with a strong fish stock, which pairs very well with the noodles. The tempura is lightly coated and crispy, and when enjoyed with a sprinkle of salt, it is just right. The restrooms and diaper changing areas are designed with consideration for steps, and the staff is polite, allowing for a reassuring experience.
