Ohhhh, here it comes: ・・・・ Everyone is going home for ramen! I know...but I'm going to rush over there! But I'm going to rush over there. The place is Shikarashika-san in Ohatsu Tenjin! Hakata tonkotsu ramen! Close to the real thing? It looks like a ramen shop in Osaka! There is a ticket machine in front of the restaurant, so first choose a menu item and purchase it! I like leeks, so I chose "Negi Ramen" (green onion ramen) for 750 yen! There is only a counter inside the restaurant. The smell from outside the restaurant was quite strong. Sit down on a round chair and hand your ticket to the waiter. The waiter asked me how hard I wanted my noodles. I don't like hard noodles... I measure my noodles exactly.... The noodles were ready rather quickly! When the ramen noodles came out, the aroma was amazing! It was the second time in my life that I smelled such a strong aroma! The first time, by the way, was at Hakata Tonkotsu Tenjinbana. My friend from Kyushu took me there because it was delicious. It was a shock to me because I had never had it before! The smell is kuchai here too! I've heard that the more it smells, the better it is, but not for me! The noodles are thin and standard Hakata ramen! The soup is mild and not hard to drink. I think it is a little too fatty, but I put some red ginger on the counter. I had it while adjusting it by adding some red ginger on the counter. My companion also finished the soup! I guess this habit must be addicting for those who are addicted to it! It would be better if it didn't smell so bad. That would take away the goodness of this ramen, wouldn't it? Ah~ I didn't get into it... There is nothing wrong with this restaurant! It was just a matter of taste! I didn't get to eat ramen in Hakata, so I guess I'm satisfied now...
