Fukushima Hashigo-Sake (1) A regular monthly gathering, the Carnivore Girls' Club! This time, we are interested in standing drinking in Fukushima~! We decided to have a "Hashigo-Sake" party! The person who will attend to us is a lady who is very knowledgeable about the stores in Fukushima! The first restaurant we went to was Tachinomi-Komachi! A five-minute walk from Fukushima Station, the store is run by a group of young girls! This is a restaurant that old men would gladly go to! I've passed by the store several times, and there are always customers there! For a while... there were rumors that the store was closed. There were rumors that it had closed. I see that you are still in business! That's great! You can order drinks from the menu on the table, and food from the wall. Cheers to grape chu-hai! Drinks are all 390 yen! They are cheap, but they come in generous portions! Since we're going on a ladder, we ordered light! Half a bowl of stewed motsu - 290 yen The mild soup stock is relaxing and soothing! The motsu is small in size and the main ingredient seems to be tofu! Oh well! Smoked duck meat 290 yen It's a nice entrée with a smoky aroma! Beef daikon radish (suji daikon) 390 yen The daikon soaks up the flavor well! The beef tendon is tender too! I want to order many other things, but I have to stop for the next one! When meat lovers get together, they tend to order meat-related dishes! The girls are so energetic, and the guys seem to be having a lot of fun! To be honest, I was wondering if the food was easy to prepare since it's a restaurant like this. I thought it would be easy to cook. But the soup stock was well prepared and the food was cooked properly! Perhaps this is the secret of their popularity! It was a little oasis, Komachi-san!
