The butcher shop I found in the basement of the department store has a very rich lineup of meats. It's convenient that they weigh and wrap it by the gram. I bought some lamb shoulder chops to grill and cooked them at home. The cuts are larger and satisfying to eat, and they look beautiful as well. When I put it in my mouth, the flavor was rich, and it tasted better than usual. Next, I am interested in trying different cuts.
