The atmosphere is calm, and you can feel the warmth unique to a family-run establishment. The sushi has a good balance between the rice and the toppings, all of which are fresh and aromatic. The medium fatty tuna, sea urchin, and fish roe are all melt-in-your-mouth delicious, and you can feel the care put into the rolls as well. The thick omelet is fluffy and has a subtle sweetness, making it pleasant to eat. The crab salad gunkan, seafood salad, and fried Mexican smelt are also impressive, making it hard to put down the chopsticks. You can enjoy dishes that make use of seasonal blessings and mountain ingredients, as well as hot pot dishes, leading to a high level of satisfaction.
