From the large window, I could see the Kintai Bridge and Iwakuni Castle all at once, and I felt excited the moment I sat down. There was a wide variety of both Japanese and Western food, allowing me to enjoy everything from sushi and tempura to sirloin steak. The sirloin steak, in particular, was very tender and juicy, which made me smile involuntarily. The time spent receiving freshly made dashimaki tamago from the live kitchen was also delightful, as the aroma of the freshly cooked dish filled the air. Local ingredients like lotus root and regional dishes such as Oohira were also available, which heightened my travel mood significantly. The combination of the scenery and the food made for a relaxed and satisfying meal.
