It's a small shop, but it has a relaxing atmosphere and the staff are very kind. Here, they boil fresh Isomono noodles before grilling them, which gives off a wonderful aroma and a firm texture. The noodles are just the right amount of crispy, and the roasted flavor lingers. When you order the meat and egg soba, they cut it into a manageable size on a hot plate and serve it on a plate, which is nice. They use a style where shiso leaves are placed in between, and with each bite, a refreshing aroma spreads. You can change the flavor with sauce, mayonnaise, garlic powder, chili, and more, making it enjoyable to eat until the end.
