I was looking forward to trying Hitsumabushi. The eel was cooked to perfection, and it was delicious even on its own. The broth was also exquisite. Thanks to making a reservation, we were able to enter without waiting, which was great.

I have eaten at various restaurants, but I can say that this was the most delicious one I have ever had. Indeed, I thought it was the most popular restaurant in Sapporo. I was impressed by the atmosphere and the service at the restaurant, and I definitely want to visit again.
