In a calm space with only a counter, it is very enjoyable to watch the cooking right in front of you. The meal progresses in courses, and with each dish, you can feel a story, making both the appearance and taste exciting. The combination of sea urchin pudding and crab is rich yet delicate, and the umami is conveyed strongly, leaving a deep impression. The unexpected combination of cod milt and pomodoro, as well as the yellowtail hot pot, shine with creativity and are incredibly delicious. From sashimi and grilled fish to meat finished with demi-glace, the cooking is exquisite and satisfying. The rice from Takekawa, miso soup with kinmedai broth, and freshly baked monaka dessert made for a delightful experience until the very end.
