在只有櫃檯的寧靜空間中，能夠看到眼前的料理非常有趣。料理以套餐的形式進行，每一道菜都能感受到故事，無論是外觀還是味道都令人期待。海膽布丁和蟹肉的組合雖然濃郁卻細膩，鮮美的味道讓人感動。意外的白子和番茄的組合，以及鰤魚鍋，創意十足且非常美味。生魚片、烤魚、以及用德米格拉斯醬完成的肉類，火候掌握得恰到好處，令人滿意。武川米飯和金目鯛的高湯味噌湯，還有剛出爐的最中甜點，讓我在最後都能愉快地享用。
